Morgan specializes in Office and Industrial properties with a focus on Tenant Representation. She joined Merrill Property Group in late 2021 as the Director of Marketing and Operations. In 2022, she transitioned into a broker role, working with clients throughout Indianapolis and nationally to achieve their commercial real estate (CRE) goals

Leveraging her creative background and operational expertise, Morgan customizes the buying, selling, and leasing processes to enhance her clients’ CRE experiences. Before joining Merrill Property Group, she worked in marketing for a manufacturing company, collaborating with national retailers to design, produce, and set seasonal products to meet sales targets. Additionally, Morgan has experience working with executive teams to establish organizational goals and achieve results during her time at a business consulting organization.

Morgan graduated from Marian University in Indianapolis with a degree in Marketing.
